Apple juice and our heart


Apples have no fat, cholesterol or sodium, and contain small amounts of potassium, which may promote heart health, help maintain healthy blood pressure and a healthy weight.


A team of researchers at UC Davis School of Medicine in the US have found that drinking apple juice appears to slow down a process that can lead to heart disease.


Nutritional scientists research for evidences that verify how apples are good for our health. Apples are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber (fibre), which is effective in lowering cholesterol levels.
